All payments made to RAMPP Cloud for any services — including but not limited to hosting plans, maintenance plans, backup plans, and custom solutions — are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for partial months of service, unused time, or cancellation. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
While payments are non-refundable, you may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all services and permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any fees incurred due to disputed transactions.
