By accessing or using the RAMPP Cloud website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
RAMPP Cloud provides managed hosting services including server management, security monitoring, backup solutions, and technical support. Specific service details are outlined in your selected plan agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up, maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable regulations.
Before hosting begins, all client systems must pass security scans to ensure compatibility with our infrastructure. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if security standards are not met.
Our services may not be used for illegal activities, distribution of malware, spam, phishing, or any activity that disrupts our infrastructure or other clients' services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.
RAMPP Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Sri Lankan law.
